LIFTING, TRANSPORTING AND MOUNTING CAR TYRES THE RIGHT WAY.

Manual maintenance tasks at auto-repair garages can become a lot easier if you employ tools developed specifically for such purposes. Our forklift systems for pneumatic tyres enable mechanics to optimize their performance without exceeding their physical limits.

This works as follows:

  1. Wheel the Hovmand W-Lift next to the shelf.

  2. Use a transport wagon to haul the complete set of wheels or car tyres onto the mobile lift’s fork.

  3. Lower the mobile lift and tilt the vehicle’s frame by 90 degrees.

  4. Move the equipment on the transport wagon to the workstation whilst the mobile lift may stack further wheels or tyres. Both the lifting and the lowering process run automatically. The tilting proceeds with the help of a heavy-duty tyre lever. This particular type of jack ensures that human labourers can avoid exhausting and potentially hazardous positions.  
  1. Use the lifter’s forks to pick up and carry your complete alignment of wheels or tyres on the transport wagon.

  2. Raise your equipment to the level required for the upcoming task.  

  3. Without further lifting efforts, take your car tyres and wheels from the transport wagon and mount them as needed.
