About Us
HOVMAND markets, develops and manufactures transport equipment not least minilifts for professional use. We specialize in aluminium and stainless steel minilifts for transport and handling of boxes, reels, containers, drums etc. The Hovmand minilifts sustains its high position delivering minilifts to small and large customers in all of Europe. Deliveries are based on our standard programme. When our standard programme does not solve the customer's needs, we will carry out specific adjustments.
Objectives
Our goal is to create intelligent solutions. We aim to deliver minilifts and solutions which are innovative, simple and long-lasting. Our mission is to deliver products and solutions contributing to making the work process more efficient for our customers and at the same time securing a less strainful working environment for the user.
Customer versus User
When dealing with our customers we focus on the end-user. It is the end-user who operates the minilift and benefits from our products. It it thus the end-user who decides - at first - if our product is a success.
Qualifications
Hovmand has a wide founded competence in analysing the customer's need and generating solutions. Since the establishment of Hovmand in 1972, we have had numerous transport and handling jobs. We use this solid experience when mapping the customer's need. Experience has taught us that a good working environment always is worth your while.
Projects
It does happen that our standard programme and adjustments cannot solve certain jobs. We then establish a project group setting up performance specifications, working on suggested solutions, building prototypes and carrying out trial tests. The customer is currently involved during the process in order to evaluate the applicability of the solution.

Staff
We see our employees' knowledge and comptences as our core asset. In order to secure a challenging and exciting working environment, we seek to involve all employee groups in solving jobs and assignments. In sales, development and administration we employ engineers, linquistic sales staff and accountants. In our production department we employ machine operators, electrical engineers, boilermakers and more.

Our main activities are within customer relations, development and mounting. To secure our position as total supplier, we are associated with a number of subcontractors, who through a year-long cooperation are practically divisions of our company.
